Wellbeing Profiler


The Profiler tool is a comprehensive assessment of eight science-backed factors key to high performance and wellbeing in work and life. People complete short modular assessments and receive clear snapshots of their current state and targeted recommendations and resources to support their wellbeing and performance development. For leaders, aggregated insights highlight strengths and hotspots across teams, enabling tailored strategies to lift performance, promote health and wellbeing, and reduce psychosocial risk.

Dashboarding


The Dashboards give leaders and HR a clear, dynamic view of their teams and workforce on key indicators of wellbeing and performance. Filterable by team, function, or location, dashboards reveal patterns, track progress, and support more targeted and tailored resource allocation.
