Checkpoint
Our Checkpoint app makes it easier for workplaces to regularly check in with employees on wellbeing & performance, helping people to focus & prioritise what’s important, & take action. When people are having challenges, the app can encourage them to engage with helpful resources and reach out to support services tailored to what you can offer (e.g. EAP and other supports). De-identified employee data is analysed and displayed in a real-time dashboard to give leaders insight into how their people are feeling and functioning over time.
Profiler
Our Profiler app provides assessments and results ranging from a wellbeing snapshot to a complete profile of 8 wellbeing-performance factors. People can understand their development needs and strengths and engage with a curated set of wellbeing learning resources. Through the group reporting dashboard, leaders can facilitate data-informed dialogue on wellbeing results, identify and respond to trends, and better target initiatives to support the teams needs and profile.

The group reporting dashboard helps HR and Leaders view results, trends and benchmark comparisons across business units, divisions and teams over time. This helps everyone more confidently engage in dialogue and target initiatives to meet the diverse needs people and teams have over time.
