Our favourite smoothie recipes 

 

Green Machine

Ingredients

  • 1 x Banana*

  • A few Strawberries or blueberries*

  • Half an avocado (for a creamy texture)

  • Handful of spinach

  • Kale (tear a handful off the bunch and throw it in. It’s a great feeling!)

  • Small handful of parsley and / or coriander

  • Half a stick of Celery

  • Chia seeds

  • About a centimetre of ginger (or more!)

  • Fresh tumeric (if you can get your hands on it)

  • Squeeze half of lemon

  • Fill the blender with coconut water

Instructions

  • Blitz away!

  • Note, add more coconut water if you want a thinner texture.

* Bananas, strawberries, and blueberries can be frozen in air-tight containers or zip-lock bags. Local frozen berries are also ok. Peel and chop the banana before you freeze it.

  • Handful of mint

  • Two medjool dates

  • Fill the blender with coconut water

Instructions

  • Blitz away!

  • Note, add more coconut water if you want a thinner texture.
