Our favourite smoothie recipes
Green Machine
Ingredients
1 x Banana*
A few Strawberries or blueberries*
Half an avocado (for a creamy texture)
Handful of spinach
Kale (tear a handful off the bunch and throw it in. It’s a great feeling!)
Small handful of parsley and / or coriander
Half a stick of Celery
Chia seeds
About a centimetre of ginger (or more!)
Fresh tumeric (if you can get your hands on it)
Squeeze half of lemon
Fill the blender with coconut water
Instructions
Blitz away!
Note, add more coconut water if you want a thinner texture.
* Bananas, strawberries, and blueberries can be frozen in air-tight containers or zip-lock bags. Local frozen berries are also ok. Peel and chop the banana before you freeze it.

Two medjool dates
