1,000 check-ins - across 21 teams, nearly a thousand check-ins were completed during a high-stress period, demonstrating that the tool is easy to adopt even when demands are high.
Stronger Psychological safety - by embedding wellbeing conversations into routines, the tool normalised openness about pressure and stress. Leaders reported greater confidence in raising these topics, while team members felt safer in voicing how they were really doing.
