Key outcomes
1,000 check-ins - Across 21 teams, nearly a thousand check-ins were completed during REA’s busiest operational period. This high level of engagement showed that the tool was quick, simple, and easy to use — even when workloads were at their peak.
Increased Psychological safety - By making wellbeing conversations a regular part of team routines, the Check-in Tool helped normalise open dialogue about pressure, stress, and support. Leaders reported feeling more confident raising wellbeing topics, and employees felt safer voicing how they were really doing. Over time, this built stronger trust, transparency, and a shared sense that “it’s okay to speak up.”
